模型，所以迁移会非常痛苦。也正因为如此，Salesforce 的 retention 一直很高。但现在市场开始担心一个问题，就是 AI 会不会减少 Salesforce 的 seat 需求。因为 Salesforce 很多收入，本质上来自每个销售、客服或者运营员工的 seat 收费，而 AI agent
